WORKOUT:
I got 5 circuits here for ya, 2 movements back to back followed by 30 second HIIT movement between sets.
1️⃣ 12 ARNOLD PRESSES INTO 15 RAINBOW RAISES INTO 30 sec prisoner sumo squat, alternating knee to elbows
REPEAT 4x’s
2️⃣ 15 close grip dumbbell bicep curl into 12 front shoulder raises into 30 sec mountain climbers
REPEAT 4x’s
3️⃣ 15 bent over row complex (standard to wide grip—both movements are 1 rep) into 30 sec high knees
REPEAT 4x’s
4️⃣ 15 twisting chest presses into 15 single arm skull crushers into 30 sec plank jumps
REPEAT 4x’s
5️⃣ 20 SVEND PRESSES
REPEAT 4x’s
6️⃣ DIP BURNOUT (as many as you can do)
